HYPR Service began in 2021 when our founder was experiencing the same challenge most growing entrepreneurs face: Too much to manage. Not enough time. And traditional hiring felt slow, expensive, and risky. Hiring a virtual assistant was the turning point. It wasn’t just about delegating tasks. It was about reclaiming focus, clarity, and scalability. But there was a problem. Most remote staffing models lacked structure. There was no training standard. No oversight. No accountability.
